Hopes, Dreams, and Reality.

We all believe that there are certain connections between people, a thread connects every individuals. Thread that can't be cut off, it may be tangled, but it will always find its way, eventually. The invisible thread connects us with people we know, or even we don't. It's fortunate to have someone you know at the end of your thread, but for some people, they don't see anything at the end, or even they can't see if there's a thread that connects.

Hopes are absolutely positive. They make you grow up and see what's next. I can say, hopes are something similar to a binocular, a special one, something that makes you decide what to see next. Hopes are sometimes blurring. Anything that we planned to see, suddenly disappear. What to blame? Hope? No. Blame yourself for extending your hope too far. If you see, everything has boundaries. Nothing too much is better. If you seek for your thread, you better hope, but keep your feet on the ground.

Well, for you who still haven't found what you're looking for, your thread I mean. Let's move on to second step, the deeper one. Dreaming. In terms of walking, dreams take us to step our feet on an empty space, and lets us walk along happily. The waking up? It's the hardest part. You will get the fall and also the sadness for stand alone going nowhere. If you ever heard, "Living the Dream", it's absolutely a fool. Dreaming needs you to sleep, while living needs a total focus. Continue to seek your thread? Stop dreaming, and let's move on to the third variable.

Reality. Well, I don't have much to say about it. It's all that we live in right now, unless you are sleepwalkers, or a zombie. In reality, you will take off all your binocular, shadow-slippers, and everything dreamy and start walking aimfully towards anything you intend to go. I don't say it's an easy way. Surely, you will find something unpleasant along your way, and it's all coming back to you whether you continue walking or you stop. Something good doesn't come for free.

In the end of our journey here, I don't guarantee you to find the person, or the thread right away. As far as I know, trying is more worthwhile than dreaming, or hoping.

Cheerio!
